RETURNS & REFUNDS<\/strong><\/h3>

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it \u2014 unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.<\/p>

To start a return, please contact us at regrutserbia@gmail.com<\/a>. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.<\/p>

You have 14 days from receiving your shipment to request a return. The product must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in brand-new condition, complete with original packaging and tags attached.<\/p>

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.<\/p>

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>

REFUNDS<\/strong><\/h3>

We will notify you once we\u2019ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you\u2019ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.<\/p>

DAMAGES AND ISSUES<\/strong><\/h3>

We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged package, please contact the courier directly to lodge a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing.<\/p>

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.<\/p>

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES<\/strong><\/h3>
