Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases. Should you wish to return your purchases for a refund your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, you have to contact us at regrutserbia@gmail.com; if your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return  will not be accepted.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and return the item within 14 days of receipt in new condition, with the original packaging and labelling.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier with tracking number. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Not eligible for refund

Wrong address provided by customer/no consignee/invalid contact information provided by customer/no answer to delivery calls or emails/didn’t collect package by the deadline/international orders, customer refuses to accept package/pay tax fee/complete customs clearance.

Import fees and taxes on international orders
Please be aware that when orders are shipped internationally they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Also note that international packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which the order has been shipped. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and they are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at regrutserbia@gmail.com and send your item to our address.
