SHIPPING COST

Total cost of shipping your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Free shipping eligible for purchases over 150€/17.620,50RSD.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur especially during holiday season. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Zone I – Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Republika Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Northern Macedonia
Zone II – Other European countries
Zone III – Countries of Asia and Africa
Zone IV – America, Australia and other countries

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Zone I – 3-7 business days
Zone II – 10-15 business days
Zone III – 15-21 business days
Zone IV – 15-21 business days

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Please be aware that when orders are shipped internationally they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Also note that international packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which the order has been shipped. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and they are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
