At Regrut, our brand identity and community go beyond sports and discipline—we are deeply committed to fostering a culture of support for our monasteries and respect for our heritage. To that end, we actively organize and take part in volunteer work initiatives and obedience duties at Serbian monasteries, giving our time, labor, and skills to help preserve these sacred sites and support the monastic brotherhoods and sisterhoods in their everyday work.
To date, our volunteer efforts have spanned across several monasteries, including Fenek Monastery, Nikolje Monastery and Gornje Žapsko near Vranje.

Through our hands-on work initiatives, we aim to deliver tangible support in the following ways:
Logging and preparing firewood
Construction and auxiliary work around the facilities
Agricultural work in greenhouses and gardens
Agricultural work in greenhouses and gardens
Relocation and management of beehives
Upkeep and organization of monastery grounds and auxiliary facilities
These initiatives serve as a reminder of our roots, teaching us the virtues of patience and labor, and proving that our true strength is reflected not in words, but in action.

For the Regrut team, these initiatives are a natural expression of our core identity: discipline, resilience, respect, and service—out in the field, surrounded by nature, and side by side with those who safeguard our spiritual heritage.
