SHIPPING COSTS

Total shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over €150 / 17,620.50 RSD.

Orders are neither shipped nor delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delays can occasionally occur, particularly during peak holiday seasons. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

ZONE I — Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia, Republika Srpska, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia
ZONE II — Other European countries
ZONE III — Asia & Africa
ZONE IV — Americas, Australia & other countries

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

ZONE I — 3–7 business days
ZONE II — 10–15 business days
ZONE III — 15–21 business days
ZONE IV — 15–21 business days

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with a tracking number

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Furthermore, additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be charged once the package reaches its destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot be held liable for any additional customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges incurred.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received a damaged package, please contact the delivery service to submit a claim. Save all packaging and damaged goods.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
